CLASSROOM ACTION RESEARCH
This type of research can be used whether we want to expand our experience, especially in teaching because this research concerns about improving students’ ability in classroom.
This type of research comes up due to the problem in the class. It means the students’ ability, for example, in English is low so that this research functions to improve their knowledge in order to be better than before; in other words, classroom action research affects the data gathered by changing the quality.
To improve it is not easy; we, of course, have to understand the problem arises first, and then we decide the appropriate teaching method.
In conducting classroom action research, there are several sequences of steps which have to be done, are as follows:

Cycle 1 Planning → Action → Observation → Reflection
Cycle 2 Revised Planning → Action → Observation → Reflection
Cycle n…or stopped
(The cycle can be continuously conducted hinges on the necessary or the students have not achieved the minimum passing grade yet).
(The cycle can also be stopped in condition that the students have achieved the minimum passing grade.
Where:
Planning: the preparation before conducting the action in the class, such as preparing the usual things like lesson plan, student’s worksheet, media, etc,
Action: we do the action (teaching based on the lesson plan),
Observation: we draw temporary conclusion of the research whether the technique used in this research is suitable or not,
Reflection: reflecting the result whether it is good or not or it may be continued to next cycle or be varied to find the better result,
Revised Planning: we repair the lesson plan hinges on the cycle 1, whether it needs to be varied or not.
At the end of each cycle, it should be better if we make questioner for the students, as it can give the researcher feed backs from the technique used, and also we can know the students pleasant from the technique which is applied. We also may emphasize the research by dividing each cycle into sessions. In other words, we carry out the each cycle twice.
